FairFare Support

FairFare shows what food really costs: snap a dish, menu, or buffet plate to see ingredient prices, markup, a make-at-home recipe, and a grocery list.

Getting started

1. Open Settings (the gear icon).
2. Add a Groq key from console.groq.com and/or a Gemini key from aistudio.google.com/apikey.
3. Choose a mode (Buffet value or Dish cost), add a photo, and tap Analyze.

Common questions

Why does it ask me questions after I take a photo? To improve accuracy, FairFare confirms anything it is unsure about before pricing.

Do I need a subscription? No. The free trial gives you 20 analyses per day. FairFare 20 keeps that daily limit, and Unlimited removes it.

Where are my saved recipes? Tap Saved on the home screen. Use Plan to build a combined grocery list.

Camera is not working. The camera requires a real iPhone and camera permission. The photo-library picker works on all devices.
